WHEN IT RAIN IT POUR'S
WELL I THOUGHT I WAS RETURNING TO WORK . HAD TO GET MY DOT PHYSCAL AND FAILED . BLOOD SUGER 240 A1C 11.1% NO PASS SO NOW I NEED TO GET THIS PIG UNDER CONTROL SO I CAN GO BACK TO WORK. MY WIFE IS LOOKING FOR WORK TO TIDE US OVER BECOUSE MY BANK ACCOUNT READ'S ZERO. I'M LUCKY WITH THE FACT THERE ARE A FEW ODD JOBS I CAN DO. WONT PAY MUCH BUT

Dang, Maddog, that's rough. Walking helps me and cutting back on portions. Seems like I'm always hungry now. They tell me it'll get better just don't know how soon. The walking really does help tho. I have better stamina.
Working as a "fix-it" man helps bring in some money.

I am sorry Maddog - keep prepping as I doubt the jobs will matter much real soon. Prepping is life.
You might try the Atkins Diet. My brother-in-law came to live with us 2 months ago and he had been taking 25 unitts of insulin a day plus some pills to stimulate his pancrease. He got completely off of the insulin and is waiting for his pancrease to kick in again. He has lost some fat around his middle and looks and feels good.
